Video on the origins of the “Keep Calm and Carry On” poster, which was initially meant to instill confidence and hope among the Englishmen during WWII. 

~

I first saw the poster in a bookstore in Oxford and fell in love with it. Bought it back home and had been my inspiration phrase ever since.

KL Trippin’

Even though Singapore is just a causeway away from Malaysia, I have never really been there for a holiday, except for weekend diving trips. Going Malaysia isn’t on the top of my list for a holiday trip, because it’s so (geographically) near that it wouldn’t really feel like a real holiday… So you could probably imagine my skepticism when my friends and I, on a drunken stupor, agreed on going KL for 5 days! And for 2012 countdown?! But honestly we were just too desperate to get out of the country in the cheapest way possible and hence, to KL it is!

Without any expectations, we allowed our spontaneity dictate and the trip turned out epic-ly fun; way too much eating, laughing, shopping and sleeping ^^
